Experience of Care Week saw us launch PLACE-lite. Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment (PLACE) is an annual audit involving patient assessors. PLACE-lite allows a more regular targeted approach. We are pleased to be working in partnership with our service users.

On Tuesday, Abbie and Rhodri spent the afternoon on our Frailty block, entertaining patients and visitors with strictly-style dancing.
They study Ballroom and Latin dance with Dance Your Way, near Ross on Wye. Thank you for visiting and bringing some Christmas cheer to the wards.
