In 2014 I was a community manager and I had a twitter account. Players found it fast, and soon I was flooded with bug reports, complaints, all variety of things that should have been sent to the main game accounts, but instead were tweeted at me. I felt overwhelmed. 1/

I have read through so many amazing portfolios for SUCH an incredible breadth of experience today.
Plenty of awesome writers and narrative designers, but also lots of experts for cultural consultation!

I like to keep plenty of experts on metaphorical speed dial so that when one of our partner studios needs a helping hand with writing, narrative design, or feedback from a person with lived experience I know exactly who to call (and compensate for their work).

Want to also clarify that this is for Digital Publishing, an internal WotC studio separate from tabletop MTG, D&D, and Arena. We make digital games across our IPs and run on a different track than tabletop.
