I watched True History of the Kelly Gang last night. Astonishing! An incredible interpretation of the Australian outlaw who was called a "hero," but I never actually knew why. Assuming True History was a semi-true account, I now think Ned was a total legend too.

With all the layoffs happening, please try to avoid using passive language like “X was affected in the layoffs.” This is the sort of language that corporations want you to use because it absolves them of responsibility. People weren’t “affected.” The company LAID THEM OFF.

I'm playing on a WoW Classic Anniversary server and really leaning into the new-player experience again, right down to asking stupid questions constantly in guild chat. And people respond really kindly! I guess 20 years really softened up the former hardcore raiders.
