An Apache does not sit in the air. It carries a storm around itself.
A Shahed is slow and crude by comparison.
To hit one, it would need to arrive through that rotor wash from exactly the right geometry, not just from somewhere in the sky.
The question is not whether it can explode.
The question is whether it can arrive correctly.
That is either very stupid, or very clever.
I suspect the latter.
