New beer this week: PATTERN VARIATION (Mosaic//Amarillo) // NE-style IPA Always brewed with Mosaic, and this time with Oregon-grown Amarillo. Super sticky and citrusy, with notes of tangerine, peach-pineapple, and some underlying dankness.
