Short seller support lines have been overwhelmed with calls today. Most callers are getting fast busy signals. The queue to bitch and moan to therapists and executive coaches has reached record lengths. I’m a lucky one. My estimated hold time makes Delta’s in March ‘20 look brisk

Last night was a 1 hour zoom. At 11am the *checks notes* 4 remaining short sellers in the world were planning on 1 hour again. Now looking like an all nighter. Will improve decision making tmrw I’m sure.

A few years ago my wife had her identity stolen. Somehow it came up as a topic of convo today. Our 7 year old thought about it and then told us how to avoid identity theft: put your wallet in your hat and then wear it on your head.

From what I’ve seen, the vast majority of govt loans to green energy and similar companies are likely to default. As a taxpayer, the apparent underwriting quality is horrifying. I hope people are held accountable for what seems like sloppy underwriting, but I doubt they will be
