When Khedira speaks about sacrifice, discipline, or handling pressure, players know it’s coming from someone who has actually lived it.
For Mourinho, it’s another smart addition. He always likes having people around him who understand winning cultures, and Khedira fits that profile perfectly. Young players will see a World Cup winner, senior players will see a peer who has been through the same battles, and Mourinho gets someone who can help transmit his ideas inside the dressing room.
