Managing other people's businesses is sometimes a nightmare. Some owners start a rental, have no idea what they want or how to run it, so they outsource everything. Having money to start a business doesn't mean knowing how to run one. Sometimes it's just luck.

Found an NFT project with great art, clean website, original concept. Bought in. Then the founder self-destructed. Vanished, came back acting untouchable. The project had everything going for it except the one person who could ruin it. And he did.

My biggest mistake as an entrepreneur: never learning marketing. I can build things, manage teams, figure out tech. But putting myself or my projects in front of the right people? Still no idea. Building is 20% of the game and I spent all my time there.
