I believe that quiet spaces will be a crucial addition to the workplaces of the future. Companies that don't embrace wellbeing will struggle to attract and retain top talent. Talent need spaces to focus, think and relax.

If you are redesigning your workplace for the post-Covid reality, it is vital that you include spaces like the @nookpod.
Being Dyslexic, the open office is a horrible distracting experience for me. The Nook allows me a quieter space to focus on key tasks throughout the day.

This is how well a Nook works. SOUND UP!!! 🔊 Normal background sounds but as soon as you pop your head into a Nook – which has no door – you’re in a quieter and calmer space, without shutting yourself away from what’s going on around you ☺️

Covid is forcing companies to rethink the design and function of their spaces. In doing so, these spaces are becoming more Inclusive to Neurodiverse Talent. Reducing Open Office spaces and Increasing Quiet spaces, will boost productivity and improve the employee's wellbeing.
