Hi everyone! Over the past 2 months, I’ve been quietly building QUB Core: a decentralized, trustless, non-custodial Proof-of-Work blockchain written entirely from scratch in Rust. Along with a private group of around 50 developers and early backers, we are ready to open the gates for the next wave of core miners and technical peers. No pre-mine, no VC allocations, no pump-and-dump mechanics. This is a pure infrastructure and engineering project. 🛠️ The Tech Stack & Architecture Unlike 99% of modern projects, QUB Core isn't a fork, nor is it an asset-factory (like Ethereum or Solana) where anyone can deploy random smart-contract tokens. Language: Built from scratch in Rust (focusing on memory safety, high concurrency, and raw performance). Consensus: BTC-like Proof of Work (SHA-256) with CPU GPU (OpenCL) mining enabled natively. Speed: 10x faster than Bitcoin (1/10 block time, meaning 1-minute blocks) and a 10x faster halving interval. Max supply is hardcapped at 21,000,000 QUB. State Model: Pure UTXO. However, unlike BTC/LTC/DOGE which are mono-coin chains, QUB implements a Pent-Coin Chain model. Five core assets are deeply hardcoded directly into the consensus layer: #QUB (Native Gas & Base Currency) #JIN (Utility/Infusion Asset) #USDJ (Jinex USD Stablecoin) #EURJ (Jinex EUR Stablecoin) #XAUJ (Jinex Gold Stablecoin) ➕Infusion & 💧Melt Mechanics (DeFi at the Consensus Layer) We ported the brilliant economic logic of "Infusion" and "Melting" (originally seen on @enjin /Substrate) directly into a PoW UTXO state transition model. Infusion ➕: Minting Jinex stablecoins requires backing/locking base assets. Melting 💧: Users can "melt" (aka burn) their USDJ, EURJ, or XAUJ on-chain to instantly claim and unlock the underlying 1:1 reserve buckets (e.g., USDT/USDC for USDJ) via our Ethereum cross-chain smart contract bridge. The Jinex network originally launched (and will remain active) on the Enjin Blockchain, but QUB Core serves as the decentralized, high-performance PoW backbone for this multi-asset ecosystem. 🖥️ How to Join & Mine The Windows client is ready. Whether you want to point your CPU/GPU to the network, feel free to join our closed, tech-first community. Official Download url: download.qubit-coin.io GitHub / Source: Not available yet We are looking for peers who understand systems programming, cryptography, and raw PoW mining. If you are looking for the next memecoin, this isn't it. If you want to mine a serious tech stack early, let's build together. Feel free to ask anything about the Rust implementation, the multi-asset UTXO validation logic, or the bridging mechanics!

🔎 QUB Explorer v0.3 is live. 🌐 Explorer: explorer.qubit-coin.io/ 🔽 QUB Core App: download.qubit-coin.io/ This is a QUB Explorer UI/indexing upgrade. ✅ What changed: - Full-chain display is now locked and stable. - Tail sync no longer temporarily replaces the full local index. - Addresses, transactions, pools, QNS and activity counts should no longer drop during refresh and then come back after full fetch. - The Explorer keeps showing the last complete full-chain index while refreshing in the background. - Added a compact always-visible sync panel. - Added next-sync countdown with animated progress indicator. - Added pending-block probing. - Pending block, when available, appears first and is flagged separately before confirmations. - Added a QUB Core App button linking directly to the official download page. - Improved Explorer refresh UX so the page no longer jumps down while you are trying to click. ✅ No action needed for wallets: - No wallet changes. - No private key changes. - No QUB Core reinstall required just for Explorer v0.3. ❌ Not changed: - No seed update. - No snapshot update. - No chain upgrade. - No consensus change. - No QUB Core mandatory update for this Explorer release. If your browser still shows the old layout, hard refresh the page or clear site cache for explorer.qubit-coin.io. Never share wallet.json, ethereum-wallets.json, private keys, or seed phrases.

🚨 QUB Core v1.7.3 HF115 is ready. 🔽 Download: download.qubit-coin.io/mainn… 🧑‍💻 Source: github.com/AlxProe/qub-core/… 🔎 Explorer: explorer.qubit-coin.io/ ⚠️ This is an emergency mandatory hotfix. HF115 fixes a HF114 mining liveness issue where honest miners could pause at the public canonical tip when exact TCP seed/direct acknowledgement was unavailable or stale. Everyone on HF114 should update to v1.7.3 HF115 immediately. ✅ What changed: - Restored mainnet mining liveness after HF114. - Mining can now use exact official HTTP/public-snapshot acknowledgement when TCP seed/direct acknowledgement is unavailable or stale. - Private local stale/self-mined suffixes are still rejected. - Two-peer ahead/conflict protection remains active. - One noisy/future peer can no longer stop all mining or found-block submission. - Reduced JIN / Library / mempool pressure with bounded mempool exchange. - Candidate block building now uses bounded tx scanning and cached priority sorting. - Block relay is lighter and no longer repeatedly sends full-chain context. - Full QUB Explorer GUI support remains included. - CPU/GPU mining performance target remains unchanged. ✅ Still scheduled: - Verified Governance v1 activates at block #21000. ❌ Not changed: - No seed update. - No snapshot update. - No DAA change. - No JIN Public Sale consensus rule change. - No JIN Coin -> JIN Token conversion re-enable. - No QUB-side bridge activation. Please update and verify the app shows v1.7.3. Do not delete wallet.json. Do not delete ethereum-wallets.json if you created/imported an Ethereum wallet. Do not send private keys or seed phrases to anyone.

Exciting times ahead - too much work to do 😄
EUROPE WANTS TO TAX YOU ON MONEY YOU NEVER MADE. 🇪🇺 The Netherlands: 36% on unrealized gains from 2028. Your portfolio goes up on paper. You sell nothing. You receive no cash. The government sends a bill anyway. And the EU just proposed a 0.1% tax on every crypto transaction across the bloc. Up to €20 billion targeted through 2034. One taxes the trade. The other taxes a gain you never took. America writes rules to pull capital in. Europe prices the exit before you reach the door. 2028 is coming. The smart money is already moving.

Just launched 3 new stablecoins on ETH, which are backed 1:1 by stablecoin reserves via smart contracts. USDJ, EURJ and XAUJ. As @PeterSchiff supports PAXG, I'm curious about his opinion

🆕 QUB Core v1.6.1 is ready. Consensus is unchanged. ℹ️ What changed: - Startup sync now uses a faster green-light catch-up path before mining. - Mining no longer asks users to manually Sync/Repair during normal automatic catch-up. - One-block-behind startup/mining wait loops are reduced. - Official/direct peer checks are more bounded and responsive. - Sync progress is clearer: local height, known network height, remaining blocks, elapsed time, rate and ETA when measurable. - Live Chain Data now shows the known network tip. - Live Chain Data now shows recent average block time and DAA observation telemetry. - DAA telemetry is informational only; difficulty rules are unchanged. - GPU mining performance defaults remain the HF78/HF79 high-performance path. - Added experimental “All detected GPUs” mode for users who want to test every detected OpenCL GPU. 🔵 JIN Public Protocol Sale rules remain unchanged. JIN 🔵 Coin 🔜 JIN 🔷 Token conversion remains disabled until the bridge is live.

you will very soon be able to interact with QUB blockchain, internet-less, anywhere in the world. a global network only for QUB chain, running by QUB pillars, requiring no internet access from the end user to send/receive QUB JIN or do any other on-chain action. and it's free to use (rate limits apply, with deterministic QUB fees upon exceeding them, which those go back to miners protocol address).

Greece is quietly becoming the Balkans’ internet gateway. 40 Starlink dishes. Remote-operated. Southeastern Europe plugged straight into orbit. Meanwhile, the cable guys are still scheduling “future expansion discussions.” Starlink treated southeastern Europe like a software update. Turns out rockets are surprisingly good at fixing internet problems. @Starlink
