Layunin din nito na palakasin ang pananagutan ng mga ticketing platforms at event organizers sa pamamagitan ng mas mahigpit na monitoring at enforcement mechanisms. Nagpapakahirap ang mga tunay na fans na ipunin ang pambili ng mga tickets na ito. Nagpapakahirap sila na mag-queue sa mga ticketing platforms para makabili. “₩220,000 Tickets Resold for ₩680,000” — 11 Ticket Scalpers Arrested at BTS Concert Venue 👏 Busan police arrested 11 individuals for illegally reselling tickets outside BTS’s concert at Busan Asiad Main Stadium. Authorities deployed around 70 officers as part of a special crackdown on ticket scalping. Investigators found that the suspects used admission wristbands to bypass security checks. They carefully loosened or removed wristbands so they could be transferred to new buyers, taking advantage of busy entry periods when staff mainly checked wristbands rather than electronic tickets. Among those arrested was a South Korean woman in her 40s who sold a ticket originally worth ₩220,000 for ₩680,000. Other suspects were found reselling tickets for ₩350,000–₩550,000. Several foreign nationals were also caught participating in the scheme, including Chinese citizens who transferred wristbands to concertgoers. All 11 offenders were fined ₩160,000 each under South Korea’s Minor Offenses Act. Police vowed to continue cracking down on ticket scalping at major concerts and sporting events.

Ticketmaster PH reportedly cancelling invalid or policy-violating transactions. Fans urged to check emails. Ticketmaster Philippines is actively reviewing and cancelling certain ticket transactions for the highly anticipated BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ shows at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in March 2027. Ticketmaster PH is cancelling orders that violate purchase limits (reportedly 2 tickets per account in some cases). This includes orders flagged for potential fraud, bot usage, payment issues, or other violations of Ticketmaster’s terms. Cancelled tickets are typically refunded to the original payment method (processing time depends on the bank/card issuer).
