1) This information should be available on your website
2) It should also be available on your helpline IVR
3) Chatbot should provide answers.

I would really like to appreciate customer service provided by @Airtel_Presence. Chat bot options are perfect and really help. If a ticket is needed to be raised, it gets raised automatically, is responded to quickly, engineer visits on time, corrects the issue and bam!!!

How @_countrydelight customer care wasted milk? I usually get milk delivery between 5 and 6 AM morning daily. Today, it got delayed. I called customer care that as I will be away and not be available till afternoon. So she should tell the delivery guy to take back the milk.

But she denied doing the same. Instead, just raised one ticket for it. Her quick action would have saved the milk. There are so many needy people. I feel sad when I see such inhumane behaviour towards such a precious resource. @_countrydelight please improve your services.
