On each previous occassion it has been taken up with Customer Service.
It still repeatedly recurs !!
By all means be lenient with your staff but NOT at the cost of customers' time n money.

@AmazonHelp Order# 405-1173142-7693940 on 30June 25. Product missing in package. Want refund to go into pay balance but CS asking to supply my foreign account details for issuing refund. CS cannot create a new order instead of refund. Very poor service after almost 4 weeks.
