God @kroger support is fucking SHIT. I ordered a delivery. I got my shit an HOUR LATE and it’s not even my order—it’s about $50-60 more and NONE of the items on the receipt are mine. I am missing items and have someone else’s order items. I spent THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES on hold

With @kroger customer care and was HUNG UP ON by the representative after being out on hold for TEN MINUTES. The app won’t let me request a refund. Their chat bot is less than helpful because SHOCKER it doesn’t understand fucking fraud. My next step is calling my bank.
