Stone Arch Bridge Surprise - part 2! Another morning, another confused elderly driver. I managed to flag her down. Instead of reversing 30 yds, she plunged ahead the remaining 670 yds. First photo shows the subtle “park vehicles only” sign. Again, Yikes! @MplsParkBoard
