2. Rust Anchor
Removing one of these hindrances opens Solana to a whole spectrum of developers

4) by expanding the number of languages that solana programs can be developed in, more devs can join the ecosystem and build cool new things
for some a lot of cases, developer efficiency is important.
besides, not all contracts will be holding millions of dollars in them 😛

4) lastly, smart contracts can still be type safe in languages like python!
@seahorse_lang compiles to rust so it inherits rust's type safety - more on this in another thread ❤️
