We always talk here about predatory and manipulative women, but we can also talk about uncouth men. There is a breed of men out there who are lazy and unproductive. Most of these men are mama's boys. They are still stuck in their mother's breasts. Some of these men get very good women but mistreat these women, abuse them, borrow their money and refuse to refund. These men spend most of their time playing video games, betting, watching Netflix, pornography and masturbating. Their houses are extremely dirty. They cannot cook. They cannot clean their kitchen. They cannot iron their clothes. They cannot polish their shoes even taking a bath is a Herculean task for them. They are FAT. They eat like pigs. They smoke like a chimney. They drink like fish. Their women put up with so much filth and bulshit from these men. When this kind of man disagrees with his woman, he begins mentioning Amerix. "Even Amerix said" "Amerix said I am the prize" "Amerix said I stay Taliban" You are not the Prize if you are lazy. You are not the prize if you are not providing. We do not condone lazy and unproductive men. Most of these men are always on Twitter scrolling politics, abusing politicians and tweeting mindless memes and jokes. Stop this nonsense. Grow up! You are the reason women are bitter and angry because women are naturally loyal followers. They desperately want a man who will lead her, give her direction and make decisions for her. But you are an uncouth man who has no job, no interest in looking for a job, no interest in learning a skill but because your woman is working courtesy of her parents' efforts, you borrow her money all the time. Money that you never refund. "Hi, babe. Kindly send me 1K, I will refund you tomorrow. There is a deal coming up" Then he gambles this money or buys alcohol. Men, A good woman is a good woman. Don't turn her into a feminist because of your irresponsibility and backwardness. These men are like this because of their poor upbringing, especially being pampered by their mothers. That's why I keep insisting that if you are a father, be tough with your son. Don't entertain laziness and comfort. Your son will grow up to be the most useless human being on earth if you don't get tough. Do not allow his mother to feminize him. Continuously pump masculine energy into your son. Good women who are ready to submit deserve good men. These uncouth men are the type that is waiting for their parents to die so that they inherit the 3-bedroom house in the city, the old rusty Peugeot car and the non-performing general shop where he picks bread and milk on credit every morning. Most people around you want you to fail, They expect that when you fail, • You will join them in their miserable lives, Or, • They will inherit your position so that they can succeed like you. But if you don't meet their expectations of failure, they become even angrier and more hateful towards you for no reason, Your growth and progress annoy them when you refuse to be the failure they expect. Your discipline and determination to succeed angers them. They will even become vengeful when you refuse to listen to their mockery and insults. Such people cannot go far in life, They will remain insufferable, They will remain stagnant because their minds are full of mould as a result of jealousy, and their hearts are coated with thick black soot due to unnecessary hate towards a person who is just minding his business and has not done anything wrong towards them. The only mistake you made is that you chose to pursue your purpose with discipline, order and consistency. That is what irks them. Refuse to accept their mockery and insults. Focus. In the end, you will win.

Taking a healthy fish and drowning it in deep-frying seed oils is a nutritional tragedy. Fish is prized because it contains high-quality protein and Omega-3 fatty acids, Omega-3 fatty acids are: • EPA: Eicosapentaenoic Acid • DPA: Docosapentaenoic Acid • DHA: Docosahexaenoic Acid They support the brain, heart, and blood vessels, and help regulate inflammation. While growing up, we were told that Luos were brainy, with healthy eyes, because they ate fish from Lake Victoria. This is because of Omega-3 in fresh fish. So, what happens when the fish is submerged in a pot of hot industrial seed oil? The fish absorbs the seed oil, which is full of Omega 6 (Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linoleic Acid). The higher the temperature and the longer the frying process, the more the nutritional advantage begins to diminish. The rancid, heat-unstable Omega-6 displaces Omega-3 leaving the fish empty. The result is a fish that has lost part of what made it special in the first place. That is why grilled fish, smoked fish, boiled fish, sun-dried fish, or fish cooked gently in a stew often preserve more of its natural nutritional value than deep-fried fish. Babies, children and teenagers require plenty of Omega-3 from fish and fish broths. Today, many people consume seed oils through chips, snacks, fast foods, biscuits, pastries, fried foods, and restaurant meals, and are therefore deficient in Omega-3 Food is not just about taste. It is about what remains after digestion. A fish that swims in seed oil is no longer the same fish that came out of the lake. Protect the nutrients by cooking wisely and correctly. #FoodFriday

SMOKED FISH: Long before refrigerators existed, our forefathers used SMOKE and SALT to preserve fish for weeks and even months. It was practical, affordable, and highly nutritious. Smoked fish is rich in: • Proteins, which supports muscle growth, tissue repair, and hormone production. • Minerals such as iodine, selenium, phosphorus, calcium, and zinc. The longer the smoked fish is preserved, the more it concentrates these minerals. Trace minerals support metabolism, immunity, thyroid function, and reproductive health. Smoked fish is also an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain function, heart health, and reduce inflammation in the body. The tragedy today is that many people have abandoned these traditional foods and replaced them with highly processed products packaged in colourful wrappers and marketed aggressively on television and social media. The body does not care about marketing. It cares about nutrients. The closer a food is to nature, the more likely it is to nourish you. Wild-caught fish vs farmed fish: Farmed fish are fed grain. Grain-fed fish have high omega-6 and low omega-3. Farmed fish, sold in supermarkets, is dyed pink to look like wild fish, just the same way they do with beef and mutton. Wild-caught fish from our rivers, lakes and oceans eat their natural diet. • Aquatic insects, • Microscopic plankton, • Algae like Spirulina, • Smaller fish Therefore, they have the natural omega-3 fat that you are eating in fish. Mackerel, sardines, and tilapia from rivulets, rivers, lakes and oceans are accessible and nourishing. Knowing the source of the fish you are eating is important for your nutritional profile. But, be careful with ocean fish, because our oceans are heavily polluted with microplastics and industrially produced toxic wastes. #FoodFriday

We buy expensive, yet useless supplements, protein powders, collagen drinks, and laboratory-made products while ignoring foods our grandfathers ate regularly. The organ meat that most people forget is the BEEF HEART. Beef heart contains more CoQ10 than any food on earth. CoQ10: • Powers cellular energy (ATP production). • Protects the cardiovascular system. • It is an antioxidant that protects mitochondria.
