BYU sports obsessed 🏈💙🏀, BYUSN addict. Love the great indoors, naps, & Diet Coke. Living the dream in TX w/ my hubby & 5 kids. Church of Jesus Christ of LDS.
Barely mentioned in the Sorsby discourse: Almost everything he did was illegal.
-- Underage gambling
-- Using other peoples' identities/accounts
-- Sending money to friends out of state to place bets for him.
The latter 2 could incriminate others as well. (Continued.)
The whole Sorbsy saga began when *law enforcement* tipped off the NCAA. Gambling regulators in Indiana & Ohio are investigating him.
It may be that none of them end up pursuing charges, but either way ...
Everyone involved in this story have lost their damn minds.
JUST A REMINDER.
Paraguay beat Brazil and Argentina and had the best defensive record in South American World Cup qualifying.
They just lost 4-1 to the USMNT in their opening match at the 2026 World Cup final.
Today my mom, Coco, and I went to see BYUSN, and in the parking lot on our way in, we saw Richie!! WE LOVE RICHIE!! We saw Spencer & Jarom on set, then after the show, we saw Brody & Dawson! Such a great day. 💙🙌🏼🏀
If THAT is what a “Christian” is, I’m happy to be on the outside of it. I want nothing to do with that kind of “Christianity”. I know and love my Savior, regardless of labels. 🫶🏼✝️
✅ LDS members do not attack other religions.
✅ Our leaders do not disparage other faiths.
✅We do not mock rituals or clothing held sacred by other faiths.
✅ We do not gatekeep eternal salvation.
✅ We do not usurp the power of Christ in declaring who He will or will not save.
✅ What we do do, however, is invite everyone to bring all the good they have and see if we can add to it. It is upon each individual to work out his own salvation, not to tell others they have none.
“By their fruits ye shall know them.”

The strangest thing about all this discourse is that I’m realizing a lot of Christians seem to think we hate or have an unfavorable opinion of them, but that just isn’t true.
In fact, we don’t view any religion negatively, even though we are the most negatively viewed religion.
It’s impossible to say where it started, but the first time I cried over a win was 2006 vs. Utah— Beck to Harline. It was the first “Holy War” after my mission. I started to tear up bc we “lost”, and then sobbed happy tears when we won 😂
