the kids who went through a deep rebellion in their teens, had a hard time fitting in, and seemed constantly confused have it great in their twenties. but the kids who followed all the rules, played by the book and did what they were told to seem to have a bad time. front loading all your self discovery as early as possible is great actually. by the time youre 25, you can just execute on what you know you want

They were right -- You really do need to like what you're do, or else it's really difficult to continue doing it.

Building this ecosystem is crucial to preserve human worth, and increase the overall productivity of a company, as models become hyperintelligent. Spoke to a representative of the Ops team of a public automotive company to understand how they work day to day. The most striking thing I heard that it takes hours to get data from other teams once a request is made. What should take seconds, takes hours! This is a clear example of not having an ecosystem where humans and agents can work together. Ideally, each of the teams would have an AI agent having access to their data, and other teams can just request this agent for whatever info they need, and the data owner team would just be there to authorize the access. As I speak to more and more companies, I realize that there are a lot of low hanging fruits to be captured by installing a basic AI agent infra!

People out here saying they're closer to Larry Page's net worth than he is to Elon's should think in terms of ratios, and not additive math. Larry's networth to yours = 250B/10k -> 25,000,000 whereas Elon's networth to Larry's = 1T/250B -> 4. Larry is 1 million times closer to Elon's worth than we are to Larry's!

I think my lack of reading science fiction is catching up to me. I need to pick this genre up for my next read. Any recommendations?

As frontier intelligence goes out of reach, human intelligence will be back in demand. This could actually be good in the short run -- gives the world time to catch up with AI. So many people in the world are still unaware of the capabilities of the models available today.

Didn't think we would get here so fast! We need a national level effort to get ahead in AI.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

Requested a seasoned CA firm founder for a 20 min chat to understand his workflows and all. He agreed to speak only if I paid him by his hourly rate of Rs. 10,000. 🥲
