ALT I have four friends with long covid who are too sick to leave the house. One moved back in with his mom. One quit their job because they couldn’t think anymore. One stopped making art. One doesn’t have the energy to chew or swallow. And I don’t know them through chronic illness activism or anything, they’re people I met at school or at residencies. What I mean is they were perfectly healthy before. What I mean is this is happening to people.
