As a student, I had recurrent nightmares about oversleeping and missing exams. As a professor, I still have these dreams…….even though the exam isn’t until 11am. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Twas the night before Fall classes and all through the building not a creature was stirring……except for new faculty frantically preparing for day one! 😆

As people go back to work in January, a few things lab heads can do to make lab life easier in their labs
1. Write a lab manual - it outlines everyone's expectations! (Tip: If you have an established lab this should be done with your team)
