Proud to celebrate my friend & mentor, Margot Bruce-O'Connell, 2024 recipient of @WeAreEnergyNL's John C. Crosbie Award for Outstanding Contribution. She's uplifted countless women in her career, and I’m grateful to be one of them. Having her in your corner is truly special.

This entire process seems focused on making things safer for him. This is a great summary of the obvious perspectives missed by many, apparently! Sending love to all the Jane Doe’s ❤️

What a heartbreaking call @VOCMOpenline 💔 a woman goes to a hospital for a scan she’s been waiting 18ths for, gets sexually assaulted by a man (known to harass patients frequently according to nurse there) in the elevator and police say there’s nothing they can do. Not okay, 😡

I understand that this man has a right to public healthcare like any other, but it is a basic human right for this woman to also safely access healthcare. The message sure sounds like no one wants the hassle of dealing with this. It’s exhausting. It’s infuriating!

Jen demonstrates a deep commitment to Choices for Youth’s mission and vision through all her work, and we are thrilled to see her step into this new role ✨ The search for Choices for Youth’s Executive Director included a robust recruitment and selection process, led by CFY’s Human Resource and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors with support from an external Human Resources consultant.
