I like how people perceive these as literal rules when at worst it’s just someone on the internet making you hyper aware of harmful or hypocritical behavior. You’re feel to free how you want. But I think some of you take criticism online a bit too seriously lol

this is why i stopped calling myself a radfem when i discovered the “rules” to the movement. i don’t believe women are fated to a lifetime of misery and suffering if they get married. yes, most moids are horrible husbands & fathers but it’s not *impossible* to find a decent man.

the thing about honor killings (in the context of South Asia, where it occurs the most) is that it’s done mostly by family members and in a country like India too its caste/marrying outside of religion-based a lot of the time.

the interesting part abt these tweets is majority of the trans population very much exist in Asia, esp SEA & South Asia, it’s just in the US trans ppl have more ways to legally identify. You’ll 100% come across multiple trans women in any of these global south cities lol
you have to have an immense amount of privilege to be trans. the time & privilege required to sit around pondering your gender identity…. very western! not a marginalized group whatsoever
