I’ve tried emailing the claims email as you suggested in your email - and I get an automated response saying you’ll endeavour to respond in 56 days……
56 DAYS?!!! Please can you sort this - you know the flight was delayed by nearly 6 hours, and I’ve given you all the reqd info
