In 2024 @SECGov squeezed >$600M in fines because firms didn't keep texts as required by their rules for keeping records-specifically texts. Today they told a federal judge that in 2023 they didn't understand that our FOIA demands for records included ... texts. This is a complete farce that only the Court itself can remedy if Americans are ever to trust this agency again.

📢Platform Update:
New token launches scheduled have the following changes:
Bonding curve graduation requirement: 70 sol (up from 30)
Fees: 1.5% (up from 1%)
All AMM functionality and economics remain the same.
Token launch scheduling will be reactivated starting tomorrow, with token deployments recommencing Monday.
Starting tomorrow, creators who wish to switch to the new format can do so by cancelling their existing launch and creating a new one.
Staking score accrual for airdrops continues to be supported on application.
Thanks for your patience as we optimize for creator experience!
