So I tried to create a Google Account for my octogenerian mom so we can share photos on her Google TV compatible device. It immediately got banned for account abuse. Yes, of course the recovery addresses are mine. she can barely use a computer @Google #fail #accessability

Why is @OpenAI's customer support so embarrassingly useless? Sorry if that sounds harsh but the folks responding do not seem to understand the most fundamental basic questions and give "quick responses" it seems to get the ticket off their back.

I am not really a @panos_panay disciple (but respect him), but he was painfully missing during the #surfaceevent. Panos has a unique pacing (slow, deliberate) in his presentations. It seems there was not enough time to come up with a great "flow" and higher energy level.
