to many young brands, traditional methods would present a higher barrier of entry.
you could use 3D fashion tech to reduce sampling costs waste. (@BalmLabs_ makes a good case)
also, going digital enables new show formats no costs in casting models/shooting campaigns.

In the sampling phase, you’ll try out different fabrics in different colors just to see what works and what doesn’t. Then you have to source the fabric. You can’t buy 6 yards and call it a day. You need as much as you can find. (3/x)
