The people who scream about chain of custody broke every protocol and abused their access to MCTEC to physically take your ballots from their secured location to do god knows what.
It seems they will stop at nothing to undermine the elections process.

The investigators concluded Colby and another employee removed the scanner from the building. Colby also removed "what appears to be provisional ballot affidavit envelopes," per the report.
