UK total solar capacity 22.3GW.
95% of all new solar was installed on rooftops last year. Equates to a new rooftop system coming online every two minutes throughout 2025.

Summer credits & trading far outweighs the cost of energy purchased when the sun doesn't shine.
Many generate enough of an income to cover the standing charge.
