We have long operated as the underdog in streaming, and it feels like we are now entering disruptor territory. My pov on how: 1. Business Model Differentiation. Our bet is that the future of entertainment is free and on-demand. This flies in the face of conventional monetization mechanisms today: rising subscription prices for consumers, paid tiers with ads, monoculture programming. Tubi remains 100% free for consumers and relies solely on ads to fund our investments. We are less diversified, but we benefit from the power of focus and clarity. 2. Fan First. Our bets are rooted in what we see and hear from fans, including Gen Z and Alpha. We let our audience guide which stories we greenlight and platform. And increasingly, we hire builders and makers out of college who are digitally, socially and AI native, who represent the next generation we seek to serve. 3. Courageous Experimentation.
