Looks like we sold out another collection!
Been such a pleasure working with @qubibien over the past few months, watching this collection take shape meticulously, and at times whimsically, with every detail executed to perfection. Then seeing it resonate with collectors who share that same quiet, genuine love for art.

Can’t describe how much I love this new collection by @Defacedstudio. Twenty self-portraits drawn from a headache journal from the past six years, turning something painful and invisible into a body of work that captures visceral pain through art.
To make this collection, he moved away from his usual style, returning to the aesthetics and imagery that accompanied and inspired him throughout childhood. It’s his most personal and vulnerable work, presented through twenty extensions of self.
Coming to SuperRare next Monday, May 18. DM to reserve a work. 🖤

We just presold all three interactive pieces, the centerpiece of "Through Tubes, We Now Are" by @qubibien!
You can interact with them via laptop / mobile. Drawing lines generates tubes of various shapes, sounds, and animations. Within these tubes, people are born, and occasionally dogs and birds too. They follow the tube, go on a loop, fall out, or for the birds, find their freedom.
We are launching the collection publicly next Monday. A selection of still and video works are still available, featuring the full cast of the TT world.

- Interactive Pieces (3x) : The centerpiece of the collection. These three works feature dynamic, code-generated visuals and sound. While they share a core behavioral logic, they explore different palettes: one black-on-white, one white-on-black, and a vibrant colorful edition. (Sound on; mouse-interactive).
Excited to announce "Through Tubes, We Now Are," a new collection by @qubibien coming to SuperRare in two weeks.
The project revolves around a question: which parts of an artist's creative process should involve their own hands? And which parts are they unwilling to hand over to anything other than themselves?
It is ultimately a reflection on the relationship between the artist and the creative tool, a balancing act & a beautiful collaboration between creation coming directly from the artist's hands and a tool that perpetually generates more pattern, sound, and animation on its own.
The collection will include a few interactive works as the main pieces, alongside video and still works.

We're excited to announce a three-month partnership with @PERFECTL00P, from March to the end of May 2026, during which he will commit to 6 curated 1/1 works on SuperRare.
Since joining SuperRare in April 2025, PERFECTL00P has created and sold 20 1/1s, finding homes with some of the best collections in the space — including Cozomo de’ Medici, Omz, colborn, ForeTwenty, hittman, Bryan Brinkman, and Modest — and was featured in the group show ForeverAgain at Offline Gallery NYC.
But his reach extends well beyond our community. His works regularly go viral across social media, connecting with audiences through internet culture, humor, and a sense of nostalgia for those who grew up immersed in the digital age.
A multidisciplinary artist based in Colorado, PERFECTL00P creates high-saturation, high-contrast looping works rooted in a retro-computing aesthetic. Through endless loops, his art explores human-computer interaction and inescapable digital situations, layered with glitches, artifacts, and nostalgic iconography.
