It’s on the way!!!” Many people were left wondering “what the f*ck is he talking about” until it was eventually peaced together that this is a fictional story that Trump’s burger-choked brain spat out when he was informed that a US soldier had fallen ill on a nuclear submarine deployed near Greenland — a HUGE provocation to our Danish allies in and of itself — and was taken care of by the Danish military. Yes, that’s right. Our allies took care of a sick American sailor, and Trump’s response is to COMPLETELY lie about it, imply that the Danes don’t take care of their people (they have universal healthcare) and then make a huge promise that, oh yeah, is ALSO a lie, because both of the US Navy’s hospital ships are in drydock undergoing major repairs. For him to post this in response to these events just goes to show how deeply demented this man really is; he does not live in reality and his brain is incapable of feeling empathy, gratitude, or anything other than insecurity, hatred, and paranoia. 25th Amendment now.

I just exercised my right as a Member of Congress to conduct an unannounced oversight visit of the ICE field facility in Baltimore. The staff I met with respected my right to visit, but what I saw was disgraceful. Kristi Noem has a budget of $75 billion she could use to ensure humane conditions, but we saw 60 men packed into a room shoulder-to-shoulder, 24-hours-a-day, with a single toilet in the room and no shower facilities. They sleep like sardines with aluminum foil blankets. Whether it’s for three days or seven days, nobody would want a member of their family warehoused there. The room set aside for dangerous criminals and violent offenders was empty. We’re demanding immediate answers and action.
