Wiley licenses content for training an LLM. The company was not named, but I would suspect it's the one which has been signing a lot of licensing deals lately. Access to STM content could be a big differentiator, though I wouldn't expect it to be exclusive. Also, $23M sounds small.

This is Blu. She's had a long day of being tiny and cute. Very grateful she found somewhere to rest her head. 12/10 moving is now illegal
a person’s legs are visible while they sit in a stool. they have one foot propped up and the other gray sneaker resting on the wood floor. a teeny tiny tricolor puppy with silvery gray, brown, and white fur is resting her chin on the toe of the gray running shoe, which is bigger than she is, while the rest of her body is curled up beside it. her eyes look a little droopy, like maybe she could go for a nap right now.
