But it was perfectly fine to give it to all the other companies like Coinbase, cloudflare and co.
But own employees can't use it.
This makes no sense at all
The possible reason is now clearer.
Anthropic says the US government showed them a way to jailbreak Fable 5 that could create serious public harm.
If that is the issue, the obvious move should be pausing Fable 5 for everyone until it is fixed.
That is the part I still can't make sense of.

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

This man has point. Charts are old school and requires more human effort to understand what is going on.
Bar stats are very underrated, but that is the fault of the platforms.
