American Airlines and Miami-Dade County officials unveiled plans for a $1 billion expansion of Miami International Airport’s Concourse D ✈️
17 traditional gates will replace the current ones, accommodating larger aircraft and doing away with outside boarding.
The expansion will have three levels offering more boarding space at every gate, new shopping and dining options along with an enhanced baggage handling system
Construction is slated to begin in 2027 with completion by 2030

But...
SF's $3,630/mo 1BR rents are catching up quickly. Now ⬆️15.8% YoY
At this rate SF will overtake NYC's 1BR rents in the next year
