Book #6 - after a break, I returned by rereading this classic . The way it shows how power corrupts, how blind trust gets exploited, feels both grounding and unsettling. A reminder that its message isn’t just history—it’s today too. @GeorgeOrwellTM

Slightly long post but totally worth reading.. It is scary and exciting at the same time in which the world is changing. Time to align ourselves better with the change.

Book #5 - We all know sleep matters, but this book shows how every bodily function depends on it&why evolution made it essential. Eye-opening to see how many health issues can be avoided simply by sleeping at the right time& getting enough rest. A slightly long but brilliant read

Book #4- Another fiction; another Indian author and a murder mystery. It had a few twists, sure—but was predictable. The writing felt flat and I kept waiting for it to pick up, but it never quite did. Predictable plot, dull narration, and not enough payoff. Just… meh.

Book 3: Picked this up because it’s by a friend’s friend. It started strong—I was nodding along thinking, “That’s me.” But it lost steam real quick . The big takeaway is “Try new things.” There’s a framework, sure, but I doubt I’ll ever use it.

Book #2 – fiction again Spotted this one by an Indian author and grabbed it ‘cause I’m a sucker for crime. Pretty predictable tbh, but had a couple of fun twists. Story writing could’ve been tighter, but hey—quick, breezy read if you’re into the crime thriller genre.

Book #1. What a way to begin 2026—just as I ended 2025—with a writer I deeply admire, @kavitakane. Hidimbi, a queen forgotten by history, is brought into the light in a story marked by love, courage, sacrifice, and a quiet, immense power. #InclusiveWriting

Book #30 - I’ve always loved how @kavitakane flips the script—same epic, but from the heroine’s eyes. This one’s Sugriv’s wife’s story, and as always, loved the fresh take. Bonus points for the beautiful inclusion of a transgender character. #InclusiveWriting

Book #29 🌳 What a brilliant book by @TheHuntington — a window into the secret lives of trees, birds & animals far from the noise of humans. Made me fall in love with trees. Even if you think trees aren’t your thing… this book will gently prove you wrong. #twelvetrees

Book #28: One of the first books that talked about MPD. It’s a fascinating dive into how we process trauma and the walls we build to protect ourselves. I’ve read this book before, and it was still gripping. I truly love & miss his writing—nobody did it quite like @SidneySheldon_

Book #27 - What a drag. Every time I picked it up, I dozed off. Took me a month to crawl through. Crichton meets “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” in the worst way. Should be illegal to finish someone else’s book

Book #26 - the concept of ‘Groundhog Day’ for a whole year is an interesting storyline and makes you think about the nature of time and how we spend it. BUT I was very bored throughout and the story failed to hold my interest. definitely not motivated to read the other 6 books.

Book #25 - i’m searching for my life's purpose&the why behind what we do. Picked this one on a friend’s reco. While there are tons of books on past lives, this one was about what happens between births! Sadly, it just felt like a collection of case studies with no emotional touch

Book #24 - a reminder that we’re all doing the best we can in life& if we took time to understand where others are coming from, things would feel a lot lighter. But felt that the writing was too optimistic & it glosses over the rough edges thats part of real life. @fredrikbackman

Book #23 - Just when you think you’ve read every possible end-of-word scenario, Crichton throws in a new one. Gripping, yes. But the voice? Felt more Patterson than Crichton. Bit of a letdown but still couldn’t put it down

Book #22 - When my BIL said “you’ll love this,” I rolled my eyes—sounded like a chemistry textbook. But boy, was I wrong!! The book flows—literally and metaphorically with drama, wit, & weirdly addictive facts.. @markmiodownik turns chemistry into quiet wonder. #loveLiquids

Book #21 - this unfolds the terrifying truth of a world with more men than women. The author blames affordable tech as the sole reason but is that the only reason why people prefer sex selective abortion ? Feels the author is biased

Book #20 - Someone mentioned Sidney Sheldon and I had to dive back in. Picked up an old favorite, and now I’m hooked all over again. Might just binge another! 😄 #SidneySheldonFan #BookLover #AmReading #SidneySheldon
