Today we celebrated our first year LAR CC’s at our final NCA session. Each of them spotlighted their first year on their campus. Our district wouldn’t run like it does without our amazing coaches and we are so proud of this amazing group! @PISDCI @PasadenaISD_TX

What a ✨MAGICAL✨ experience it was to spend the first day of school at Burnett! Kids walked in with smiles on their faces, teachers were ready and excited to receive kids and campus procedures all went smoothly. I am sure Day 2 will be just as great! @PasadenaISD_TX @pisdesela

Today was busy with a capital B!!! This morning I had the pleasure of presenting on Data Driven Instruction as it aligns in our campus PDSA focus. In the afternoon, our amazing ELAR teachers met to vertically align around what writing looks like across grade levels! 📚📝🦫🤓

I loved seeing these fabulous CC’s present our K-2 ELAR Focus! Teachers had a refresher on mClass, looked at 1NW curriculum and dove into internalizing essential standards within phonics and oral language! I am always so proud of our literacy tribe! @pisdesela
