The hospital that markets itself as an AI hospital hasn't been able to onboard an endocrinologist on its panel since a year now. As much as I appreciate marketing, I would rather have a service provider that "walks the talk".

Nailed the layering and unable to stop myself from spamming on all my accounts 😂. The left half is shaved dark chocolate and the right is cocoa powder. Experimented with strawberry Saviordi biscuits for the base and coffee from a free sample I got from a micro roastery nearby
