The issue occurred when TATA Communications (AS4755) announced the IP address block (1.1.1.0/24) that belongs to Cloudflare, resulting in a hijack that disrupted website access for some users. At around 18:00 UTC, ThousandEyes began detecting performance degradation and availability issues impacting some applications that use Google Cloud services.
