It took 15 years to establish Purple Martens at Cordova Bay but definately worth the effort. Two successful clutches this year with 6 young in each nest. They love to sing #audubonsanctuary

A cougar was spotted in the Cordova Bay area by a resident late last night and also by one of our officers in the a.m. BC Conservation Officer Service has been notified. Please be mindful and report any further sightings. Last seen in the area of Fowler Park.

GREENKEEPER FACTS:
πΆπ»ββοΈ It takes 50,000 steps cutting 18 greens by hand.
π Greenkeepers work from 4.30am-10.30am and from 4.30pm until 9.30pm.
β³οΈ 30 strong team of Greenkeepers.
π± There are around 50 billion blades of grass on our course.
π We have 40 greenkeeping machines.
