Airwatch apps are not installing on MacOS. Big Sur not installing Hub on enrollment. Affected users are most likely those that are just receiving new Macbooks. All associated tickets can be Linked to this Incident and sent to Server Operations.

There seems to be a Google sites error that people are experiencing. It may be related to Internet Service Providers but our team is currently researching the issue. We will post when the issue had been resolved.

The problem with Gmail has been resolved. If you are still experiencing an issue, please contact us at APS.edu/servicedesk .
Affected users received a bounce notification with the error "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist" after sending an email.

A service disruption for most Google workspace apps occurred this morning around 4:45am. According to Google, services have already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future.
