Remarkable Rovenstine Lecture by Dr. Conroy. Really superb, with a great vision for patient safety, and recognition for APSF. Also, a wonderful and well-deserved Distinguished Service Award for Dr. Kapur, a former APSF Director. Congratulations to them both! #ANES20 #APSF

This is so true. The ABA has many great directors who can take on this important issue and improve the start of professional careers for so many of our colleagues.
Replying to @AmyPearsonMD
After that, the same fabulous workgroup decided to send some ideas to @AbaPhysicians. Many institutions were restricting parental leave beyond what our board allowed. We sent the ABA a short PowerPoint. We had no idea if it even got to the right people, but 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽. 9/x
