The only tapes I’ve kept. You’d often see adverts in MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL during the mid 80’s. Much of the music is woeful and unlistenable, but I just can’t bring myself to get rid. Strange really, because I place very little emphasis on possessions.

As an avid reader of @maxrnr in 1983/4, I’d place great emphasis on their reviews in order to think about my next purchases. MRR was THE punk bible back then - a copy would take weeks to devour. Lovely.

I used to have this on my bedroom wall. It was sent to me by, I think, Chris Berry from NO FUTURE Records. I loved BLITZ back then.
