Students who've told me "I don't want to sit at a computer and draw, I want to be the architect and designer" my dude what do you think architects do 😅
I'm not interested in the "I went thru it so I'll make you go thru it" attitude, but I do worry when folks just starting out aren't willing to put in the work that it takes to learn what's necessary.
If you're "too good" to do the everyday work of our trade, how will you learn?
There is a *huge difference* between unnecessary and silly hazing and just, like, learning the industry. It takes time, it's tedious at times, and it takes dedication. That's ok. Get in the saddle and learn!
