Yesterday in south Belfast I met Mohammed and Sultan, the Syrian managers of Sham supermarket, which was burnt out in the riots. It’s the second time it’s happened in two years. Across the street, I spoke to punters at the Sandy Row Rangers Supporters club. Link below

Prominent is a bit of a stretch Brian. He hosted a show on Sunday and that's about it

A depressing but necessary read. Would have been interested to read more about Tate’s conversion to Islam and how many Muslim men embraced him - often using the excuse of not judging a new convert for his past sins. Sounds like the sins never stopped.
For the past 9 months, I've been investigating Andrew Tate's empire of sexual exploitation — drawing on thousands of private messages and sealed court files, as well as interviews with the Tates, their associates & more than a dozen alleged victims. Here's what I found: newyorker.com/magazine/2026/…

Hasan points out that Elon Musk has literally incited a significant amount of violence within the UK and Europe overall through his tweets and influence, yet Elon hasn’t been banned from the UK. Why is that?

This is such a smart hire by Bari Weiss & a reputation-destroying one by Trevor Phillips whose mouth one can only presume was stuffed with gold.
CBS News to hire Sky News presenter Trevor Phillips as global correspondent British journalist to become one of most prominent appointments made by embattled editor-in-chief Bari Weiss theguardian.com/media/2026/j…

I’ve just read a piece from a high-profile British journalist, which will be widely read, that explores the reasons for the Belfast riots without going into any local dynamics. Too many journalists are acting like Belfast and Southampton are interchangeable. They’re not.

Odd that Noa mentioned the impact on the Jewish community and not other groups - like the Muslim community - who've been voting for the Green Party in their droves
EXCL: The Green party is considering a new policy to ban circumcision, The Spectator can reveal. The party’s Health Policy Working Group (HPWG) has launched a consultation seeking views on whether parents should only be allowed to consent ‘to an irreversible surgical procedure on a child if that procedure is medically necessary’. Circumcision is an integral part of Judaism, with Jewish boys traditionally undergoing a ‘brit milah’ on the eighth day after birth. Interestingly, the consultation on outlawing the practice was publicised specifically in a ‘Greens for Palestine’ WhatsApp group.

Listen, if you know nothing about Northern Ireland might I suggest you think twice about going on television to discuss it or deciding to write columns about it? Because some of the rubbish being talked is astounding.

Will the BBC do a long monologue about the United States' human rights record, its treatment of migrants, and the killing of its own citizens? And will they refuse to broadcast the World Cup opening ceremony, as they did with Qatar? Let's keep the same standards and the same energy.

Did any white teams get treated like this, or is this treatment reserved for Senegal? Bizarre
The Senegalese 🇸🇳 delegation gets this treatment on arrival in the USA. Full tarmac searches, shoes off, bags turned inside out like criminals. This is straight up humiliation and a disgrace. They’d never put white boys through the same.

The rabbi Camilla is referring to is Zechariah Deutsch who took a leave of absence from being a Jewish chaplain to serve in the Israeli army Deutsch sent his students a video from military service describing the Israeli army’s conduct in Gaza as “utmost morality and good ethics”
First Mothin Ali calls out "misogyny" and now he's urging us to love our neighbours. This man glorified Oct 7 and described a Rabbi as "an animal". His wife wears a niqab. This is gaslighting on an industrial scale.

This Henry Novak issue is crazy because actively both of these children are children of migration, but we’re flying flags of ‘Britain’ because he was white killed by someone brown. This just shows it’s never been about your country, and just about your race.

Friends, I need your help: is there any way to identify who is behind an account suggesting I will be lynched for saying I’m British? “When you’re swinging from the end of a rope, will you have that smile on your face?”

There is no need for British Sikhs to be issuing these statements! They have no more responsibility for Henry Nowak's hideous murder than any of us. Hundreds of white Brits kill someone each year. White people didn't have to issue statements disassociating themselves!
"Tragic...senseless" "He brought the Sikh faith into disrepute...those actions do not reflect the community" "There is no special treatment for Sikhs...this stiff sentence sends a warning" A statement from community figures Kam Singh and Jas Singh on the Nowak murder case.

This is very good, by Stephen Bush, on the bogus claim that many on the right are now making that the police response Henry Nowak's murder was comparable to that of Stephen Lawrence

Henry Nowak's killing was horrific. Police left him to die, while handcuffing him, and ignoring his pleas for help. Britain's Black community knows this pain well; a loved one left to die by police in undignified circumstances, while being treated like a criminal.
