✨resilience, perseverance and grit is who I am - the cage became evident when I escaped and hit Rock bottom. Now Building safety nets on every level I go up✨
That you don’t need to go through what I went through .. you may be going through it now and not even realizing it.. the aftermath is affecting your loved ones and the people around you.. it’s making you someone who you are not supposed to be..
It’s blinding you to be the best version of yourself.. As I continue to be the voice on this platform for those who can’t speak up because of fear of retaliation (in which I was put into as well).. for those who read this must become better because of it..
If you are a Manager and can’t get your team to perform.. when they have performed in the past.. that means you can’t manage. Resorting to fear tactics and intimidation is a clear violation in morals and ethics .. and I’m sure there are some laws around that too..
Senior Managers RSMs and RAMs that are creating fear for their MEs should and must be the next round of layoffs.. just as simple as interviewing the front line and they will tell you everything.. and a consensus will solidify the layoff.. @JonFreier
And BTW these managers creating fear are highly over paid, putting half the effort they did when first promoted.. unable to truly motivate and inspire, resulting in demoralization and fear.. Bullying and harrassment are not ok! @JonFreier@MikeSievert@TMobile
Looks like it’s a slow month .. and RSMs are getting heat from their “Senior Managers” causing the RSMs to take it out on their MEs .. with write ups with no legitimacy and honestly an HR and legal nightmare.. @JonFreier@MikeSievert@TMobile gotta check out these Tampa stores..
Senior Managers claiming they are the first layer of HR? Isn’t that a conflict of interest? Especially if they are broadcasting it in meetings? Senior managers aren’t being held accountable for their misconduct.. and they are first level of HR? Wires mixed up @JonFreier@TMobile
@TheLayoff@Reddit .. oh ya and PS there’s a RSM at one of these stores that has slid into a DM or two of some MEs who are in fear of retaliation to speak up.. def not how I would have it @JonFreier
How much money is the 5,000 job cuts gonna save annually @MikeSievert@JonFreier@TMobile ? With a low average of $100k/yr x 5000 - looking at just around $500m in yearly savings.. am I close?
