3/It's not an either/or situation, it's a thoughtful consideration of buyer needs and desired experience, and a constant recalibration of how brands deliver on it.
2/ Grocery delivery and curbside pickup are still popular, ecommerce isn't going anywhere, social commerce is growing, and poorly executed brick and mortar still struggles to stand out and survive while innovative boutiques take their place.
