PERSPECTIVE: Browning Used Brown Voice to Attack Vargas. Labor leader used Spanish slang to mock Supervisor Nora Vargas with crass language that was inappropriate, demeaning & insulting to our community. 'Chingona' and 'no mames' are fighting words.
