Hey, @TMobileHelp! I’m about 10 days into the Network Pass trial in what seems to be a promising conversion. I switched phones and the trial didn’t transfer over. Your reps think it’s a loss, but I’m hopeful I can get help to get the eSIM info and I can see the trial through.

After trying out a few spots, our #StageSceneController found a home within 36 hours, but the adhesive left holes in latex wallpaper. Cheapest fix? Leave empty cradle plate in place to hide the oops. Can @WEMOcares help me get replacement cradle faceplate for my controller?
