i missed my own launch deadline.
a date i set for myself.
why?
last-moment switch to the Google embeddings model.
doesn’t matter.

building publicly keeps you accountable
even to people you don’t know
in your head, you’re never ready
real progress starts when you ship anyway

- got into web dev -> mastered it and got into mobile apps
- failed my first startup -> started 3 others
- quit two of them -> focused on 1 (launching notio.co.in next week)
